Once again Google has brought a new feature for its users. Google Reader is the kind of tool most people don’t really notice, but use all day. There’s all kinds of talks for moving away from RSS feeds, about Twitter being the place to be and all that, but fact is feeds work and they’re only getting better. And Google Reader is getting better with them. In the latest update, the popular feed reader got some pretty interesting, though understated, new features.

We’ve added support for the HTML5 and tags, so that when you come across an awesome video you can share it in such a way that your mobile device-using friends can see it too,” Mihai Parparita, Google Reader developer, wrote.

Google Reader has released a slew of new updates today, the most prominent being support for HTML5-powered videos and audio. As HTML5 gains steam, partially due to Apple’s war against Adobe Flash, more and more websites are switching to HTML5 interfaces that work on both the desktop and mobile phones. Google, understanding this reality, has intelligently responded by adding HTML5 support for the video and audio HTML5 tags within Google Reader. Google Reader uses an automated system to recommend things that people shared and which you may like, but if the recommendations failed, there was no way of letting Reader know that. With the new link you can easily dismiss the recommended item and also help the algorithm know you better so it won’t send you similar stuff in the future.

Google Reader tends to release these types of small updates often, so it has also added a prompt to refresh whenever Google Reader is updated. The HTML5 additions are the big updates of this release though, and while Google is currently supporting Adobe Flash in the face of Apple’s assault, the reality is that HTML5 is rising as the primary alternative to Flash. Don’t get shocked if I say that you can easily play video games with your eyes (yes! now you can do that). Today I got a news that a new computer game that is operated by eye movements has been developed by the students of Imperial College.  The students adapted an open source game called “Pong” where a player moves a bat to hit the ball as it bounces on the screen or the monitor to make it.

Can we fro our eyes too?

Players have to wear a special kinda glasses that contain infrared rays. If they won’t those glasses, then this new technology could cause severe problems in their eyes (even permanent damage too). To play the game a player has to wear infrared containing specs. A Webcam would be linked with the computer that would first scan the player’s eyes and then sync the eyes movements via Infrared.

According to it’s developers this technology can be used to create more complicated and sophisticated games and applications  within an affordable price. They also say that it could help the scientists to save a lot of money too because the eye movement systems that they are currently using are too expensive (25,000 Euros). But this technology is too affordable (with a starting price of just 25 Euros).

Researchers said that technology used to operate this game could further help paralyzed or physically not well patients to easily perform simple tasks (that were difficult for them, like writing, etc).

I  think that this technology could be an ultimate source of entertainment for both vide games addicted people and physically challenged people who don’t even know what is fun and entertainment.

This is Dinesh here (Ankit’s friend) and this is my first post on Extreme Trix, today I am going to tell you how can we track IP address of our friend with whom we are chatting without any application or programming knowledge, last night I was talking with my friend about to learn hacking, but we didn’t get any way to learn it, but someone told to track how to track your friends IP, so I thought to share it with you all. The person whom you are talking should be in your friend’s list if you want to know his/her IP. Just follow these steps -

• Now, open start -> select run -> type “CMD”
• Now chat with your friend
• and in CMD write “NETSTAT “
• and it will show all the IP address connected with your IP address.
